  • HDI Desktop Support Technician of the Year*
    Honoring the industry’s top desktop support technician.
  • HDI Manager of the Year*
    Honoring an internal or external support manager who has excelled within his or her organization and advanced the profession of technical service and support.
  • HDI Team Excellence*
    Honoring best-in-class technical support organizations that deliver the highest level of customer service and technical support.
  • HDI Local Chapter Officer of the Year*
    Honoring a hard-working volunteer and contributor from the HDI local chapter community.
  • HDI Hall of Fame
    Honoring influential members of the tech support community for their outstanding contributions to HDI.

Each award addresses a specific area of technical support, and applicants are asked to demonstrate how they have enhanced the image of the support industry by attaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
